Job Responsibilities
- Help guests check in by greeting them, providing them with a key, and showing them where their room is located.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from guests coming into the hotel to answer their questions and provide assistance.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate parties.
- Ensure the smooth running of the reception area at all times, keeping it neat and tidy to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
- Take and pass on messages to determine urgency and expedite responses.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
