Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Help guests check in by greeting them, providing them with a key, and showing them where their room is located.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from guests coming into the hotel to answer their questions and provide assistance.
  3. Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate parties.
  4. Ensure the smooth running of the reception area at all times, keeping it neat and tidy to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
  5. Take and pass on messages to determine urgency and expedite responses.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality.
  2. 0-2 years of related experience.
  3. Business Acumen.
  4. IT & Computer Literacy.
  5. Quality Orientation.
  6. Health & Safety Awareness.
  7. Follow all relevant procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  8. Follow day-to-day operations related to own job in Hospitality to ensure continuity of work.
