What will make you successful in this position

• 8 years of total professional experience in a maintenance environment.
• 5 years of experience in the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience in wastewater asset maintenance, competence in line management of maintenance staff, and qualification as a technician (Electrical, Mechanical, or IC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within commercial contracts supervising multinational teams.
• Good communication skills and experience in motivating maintenance teams.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

What will be your mission

The maintenance supervisor will coordinate maintenance resources within the O&M contract. Their responsibility will be to deliver safe and compliant maintenance across all existing and future assets. They will ensure adherence to maintenance plans and other maintenance documentation.
