Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 20 years of expertise. The candidate should operate within the framework of our company’s values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost). The PM is accountable for the timely delivery of projects and Profit & Loss management by overseeing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. The PM is also responsible for applying our well-being policy and deploying the ESG roadmap on their project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the project is planned, organized, and executed in accordance with the Business Management System.
  • Manage project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the customer and other stakeholders (partners, subcontractors, vendors). Serve as the single point of contact for the customer.
  • Create a quality and HSE-oriented work environment that encourages client satisfaction and HSE awareness among the project team.
  • Organize and manage the project team respecting diversity, equal opportunities, and wellbeing, while implementing and cascading TEN core values.
  • Contribute to the quotation process and provide project management information such as schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure timely internal and external reporting.
  • Manage, inform, and lead the project team by setting and monitoring performance targets.
  • Support people development by interfacing with the project department.
  • Guarantee achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts.
  • Coordinate interfaces effectively.
  • Ensure project execution and financial closeout with appropriate feedback.
  • Develop an integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes.
  • Support clients in defining long-term execution strategies for new Energy Transition initiatives, from feasibility to FEED.
Qualifications:
  • 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas project management.
  • Extensive experience in significant petrochemical, oil, and gas mega projects.
  • Practical experience coordinating with Saudi Aramco, Saudi Government Authorities, and other relevant entities.
  • Strong background collaborating with operational facilities, Saudi Aramco Departments, third parties, and joint ventures.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as PEM or managing a full-scope project.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent understanding of onshore and offshore projects, including relevant equipment, operations, and services.
  • Functional team leadership skills and managing critical timelines to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
  • Ability to explore and adapt unconventional execution strategies supporting Energy Transition initiatives and engagement with new clients and technologies.
  • Expertise in peer reviews and mentoring team members.
  • Deep understanding of business principles in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of project delivery processes and principles.
