IT PMO Manager

Manage the process of designing and developing the IT performance management systems and ensure the effective implementation.

Managerial Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports and support them in achieving their operational objectives.
Supports in monitoring KPIs relevant to the area to control the performance against objectives and targets.
Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporate policies
Prioritizes and supports in allocating budgets and resources
Actively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employee performance and development.
Functional Responsibilities:
Represent NWC on specific IT projects and use required skills, judgements and persuasion to accomplish IT objectives.
Establish IT project strategies, policies KPIs and performance assessment.
Provide IT organization-wide development and integration of consistent IT project and performance management standards, best practices, and methodologies.
Ensure overall management, tracking, and reporting of cross-functional, IT project-oriented work are aligned to the strategic objectives of NWC.
Resolve and escalate IT project issues to the senior leadership where necessary.
Develop the center of excellence to guide initiatives and IT projects.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and NWC units.
Provide change management support on IT projects environment.
