About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Saudi workplace culture and solid experience in onboarding processes. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective communication between management and staff, all while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for office, warehouse, and retail employees across regions.
  • Validate employment contracts, ensuring alignment with policy and accuracy of documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding automation tools (Power App) and troubleshoot discrepancies with RPA and HR teams.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and shared digital files with up-to-date and organized data.
  • Oversee timely enrollment in medical and GOSI insurance, and coordinate with internal teams for compliance.
  • Ensure HRMS activation and employee data accuracy in the system for payroll and attendance readiness.
  • Regularly generate onboarding MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 Years of experience in the HR Support field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in MS Office & Good in Excel specifically, worked on Oracle HRMS application.
