We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – MEP to join our growing team in Al-Khobar. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented BIM professional in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, looking to contribute to complex engineering design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems based on approved conceptual designs.
• Generate accurate 2D technical drawings from BIM models, aligned with project specifications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings with architects and engineers.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings before each design stage submission.
• Maintain strict adherence to BIM standards and best practices throughout project development.
• Communicate effectively with project leads to address technical concerns or design clarifications.
• Develop and apply knowledge of local building regulations and global MEP engineering standards.
• Prepare and organize comprehensive MEP documentation for all design stage submissions.
