Position Overview

The Account Manager manages A and B accounts, serving as the primary contact to grow sales of consumables and services. Responsibilities include account planning, leveraging cross-functional resources, and maintaining customer relationships to meet growth objectives. The role involves travel across Saudi Arabia and mentoring junior sales team members. It reports to the Country Sales Manager within the Energy+ Sales department and is an on-site role.

Key Opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, expanding market share through strong customer relationships.
  • Promote Pall technologies and identify high-value expansion opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and develop solutions exceeding customer expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address customer needs and secure sales.
  • Maintain regular high-level customer interactions, develop detailed customer profiles, and analyze industry trends.
  • Utilize sales tools and prepare compelling presentations and proposals.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in products/services for Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sectors; experience as an engineer transitioning to sales considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, sciences, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in filtration and separation industries is desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent communication, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Cultural understanding of the Saudi market.
Travel & Physical Requirements
  • Willingness to travel 50%, including overnight stays.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license with a good record.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 20 kg.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer needs analysis, sales funnel management, and strategic selling to large accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and experience in networking for prospecting.
