About the Client:

Our client is looking for a results-driven Head of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving transformation initiatives and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including IoT, blockchain, AI, and advanced data analytics. They should also have a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

This leadership role will be crucial in modernizing the organization's infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and enabling sustainable food production for the future

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall digital transformation strategy in alignment with business growth and sustainability goal
• Drive implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the supply chain, including: IoT (e.g., smart farming, sensor-based monitoring), Blockchain (e.g., traceability and supply chain transparency), AI/ML (e.g., demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, process optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in operations, supply chain, R&D, commercial, and sustainability to ensure a scalable and integrated digital solution
• Oversee project execution using modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe) and lead change management initiatives across business units
• Manage external partnerships with technology vendors, digital solution providers, startups, and innovation labs
• Develop internal capabilities by mentoring teams, leading digital literacy programs, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Define KPIs and monitor the impact of digital initiatives on productivity, environmental footprint, and financial performance
• Present outcomes and strategic direction to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a digital leadership role
• Strong understanding of IoT, blockchain, AI/ML, and digital infrastructure
• Proven track record in leading an enterprise digital transformation program
• Experience in food production, agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors preferred
• Solid foundation in project and change management
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level communication
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
