We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team within our Saudi Arabia office. A minimum of 3 days a week in-office will be required for this role. Responsibilities:
  1. Elevate our candidate experience initiatives by scheduling a high volume of phone, in-person, and video conference interviews globally, gaining visibility and demonstrating accountability within the business.
  2. Manage interview scheduling and communicate all logistics with candidates and interview teams.
  3. Support recruiters and hiring managers in building an exceptional team and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  4. Assist with onboarding new employees, including processing new hire paperwork.
  5. Collaborate with the Recruiting Operations team to improve and streamline processes, develop innovative strategies for finding top talent.
  6. Maintain data integrity by updating candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).
  7. Develop strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  8. Perform HR administrative duties such as employee hiring, onboarding, termination, system and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience using Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  4. Experience managing employment documents through the Qiwa portal.
  5. Flexibility and initiative, with the ability to work outside regular business hours if needed.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency.
  7. A passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  8. Ability to adapt to evolving systems and environments.
