Job Title: SAP MM Consultant Senior Specialist

Purpose of the Job

The Business Analyst identifies, defines, and documents business processes and software requirements to develop and enhance digital/technical products. They serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, facilitating communication and aligning technical objectives with business needs.

Key Accountabilities: Description

• Design and implement IT & digital solutions based on business priorities to improve efficiency, savings, and productivity.
• Provide functional support for Stream at Level 1 and Level 2, maintaining SLA KPIs to ensure business continuity.
• Prepare SOPs, technical training materials, documents, and guidelines for end-user support.
• Design and implement enterprise architecture systems, ensuring information security across the company.

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

• Deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Survey results target: 85%.
• Breach SLA rate: 95%.
• Effective communication and resolution rate: 90%.
• Achieve 100% application support.
• Support BRM in delivering solution architecture as per ARB guidelines.

Major Activities

1. Analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions.
2. Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks; communicate tradeoffs to shape requirements.
3. Contribute to IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule through collaboration.
4. Manage multiple teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
5. Identify relevant technology trends.
6. Engage in active problem solving to support business strategies.
7. Support delivery of change requests, incidents, and service requests within SLA.
8. Provide insights from project lifecycle experiences.
9. Understand SAP module integration with other capabilities.

12. Monitor trends and recommend best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise business operations and SAP platform insights.
