As an Account Manager, you play a vital part in Canon's innovative business sales team. You will be responsible for the care, retention, and revenue growth of government Business-to-Business (B2B) clients by increasing sales of Canon core products and exploring Office Imaging & Solutions opportunities.

- Manage the care, retention, and revenue growth of existing and new government clients.
- Manage projects within client relationships to meet client and company goals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key executives and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Forecast and track client account metrics and maintain records of transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service daily.
- Apply consultative sales skills to understand client needs, explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Engage customers through meetings and develop opportunities to propose and close deals.
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain market knowledge.
- Use product knowledge to build trust and influence with customers.
- Quote prices, prepare proposals, and close deals as needed.
- Achieve daily and weekly goals in a team-oriented environment.
What we ask
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Preferred B2B Account Management experience.
- Proven experience in account or relationship management.
- Excellent sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Technically savvy and open to learning about tech products.
- Technical expertise is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong mathematical and analytical thinking.
- Adaptability to unforeseen situations, with a focus on customer needs and integrity.
- Consultative sales skills to explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Ability to translate client needs into sales opportunities.
- Excellent listening, assertiveness, persistence, persuasion, and results orientation.
- Valid KSA driving license and own vehicle are required.
