Lead, Office and Operations Support, Riyadh

About the Role:

This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this position.

The Team:

The Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team is a group of professionals who collaborate to manage daily operations, partnering with the Site Lead to plan, manage, and execute various office activities.

The Impact:

You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, and daily management of the Saudi Arabia office operations. Responsibilities include supporting meetings and events (in-person, virtual, hybrid), senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, festivals, and other activities. Additionally, you will handle office operational activities such as HR administrative support, invoice and vendor management, business continuity planning, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Champion S&P Global values and ways of working regionally and globally.

  3. Promote collaboration and team engagement across the business and at the site.
  4. Support change management and effective communication across teams.
  5. Coordinate and support meetings, including logistics, catering, materials, and AV setup.
  6. Assist with community engagement activities aligned with the Social Inclusion and Impact agenda.
  7. Manage onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of staff, including IT equipment, access, and licenses.
  8. Handle employment visa processes, renewals, and cancellations.
  9. Serve as the key contact for visitors, arranging travel, seating, and meeting logistics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Saudi National
  • Fluent in English (professional/business level)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of office management experience, including project management, government relations, system implementation, or related sourcing/procurement experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, planning, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
