A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Corporate Project Director to oversee strategic initiatives and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, coordinate across departments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in project management. The successful candidate will also mentor project managers and drive a culture of accountability.
Main Purpose:
The Corporate Project Director oversees strategic initiatives and large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.
Area of Responsibility:
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of major corporate projects including strategic expansions, process improvements, and capital investments.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, set timelines, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate across departments including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, QA/QC, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA and global regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, including executive leadership, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve project-related issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement best-in-class project management frameworks and tools.
• Lead project governance meetings and drive a culture of accountability and performance.
• Support M&A, JV, and partnership initiatives as part of broader corporate strategy.
• Mentor and develop project managers and cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field; PMP certificate is preferred.
Work Experience:
• 10–15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Proactive leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Adaptability to manage high-impact, multi-phase projects.
