Monitoring and implementation of acceptances. Participation and performance of construction site visits incl. defect and deviation detection. Objective preparation of expert opinions for the assessment of claims for defects and damage from a technical point of view. Competent support of customers and moderation between business partners. Must possess up to date information with the current state of the art know-how in the field of civil engineering and other relevant fields. Should be able to handle the project professionally and effectively.
