Position Title: Warehouse / Logistic Manager

Department: Supply Chain

Company: Al Manhal Water Factory (Nestl Waters KSA)

Location: Al Manhal Water Factory - Dammam

Main Purpose of Job:

To ensure the management of NW operations related to warehouses/DCs is optimized with high levels of service, low cost, and high quality, following safety, sustainability, and ongoing improvement standards. This includes managing all interactions and product movements between NW and relevant sites, aiming to optimize the logistics network within KSA (factory warehouses, external warehouses, and remote areas) to reduce overall costs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor all Nestl Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in warehouse and distribution environments, ensuring compliance daily, and report incidents and improvement plans.
2. Improve Performance & KPI's by:

• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of warehouse-operations strategies aimed at reducing operating costs, including wages, and improving quality-control procedures.
• Review warehouse operations throughout the process and at completion, including daily checks to ensure safe storage of all products.
• Analyze workflows in raw materials, packaging, and finished goods warehouses, including receiving, storing, and shipping, to maximize utilization.
• Solve day-to-day issues.
• Motivate the team to continuously improve performance.

Manage logistics operations with warehouses, factories, and distribution centers, working closely with management teams, planners, and transport teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments (Planning, Sales, Transport, Distribution Centers, Factories) for quick response to issues.

Assist in Value Stream Design to identify improvement areas, support NCE and LEAN initiatives, and develop a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods are easily located and transported efficiently from storage to production or distribution points.

Develop personnel by aligning team objectives with business strategies and addressing competency gaps.

Key Experiences:

1. At least 5 years of relevant operational experience at the market/business level in areas such as:

• Warehouse Management
• Transportation
• Raw and Packaging Materials Control and Movement
• Physical Logistics Projects
• SAP experience

Additional beneficial experience includes:

• Import/export operations
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Transportation
• Technical aspects
• Finance: Business Planning, Budget Control, Cost Management, Opex

Experience managing projects like:

• Distribution Network Redesign and Optimization
• High-Performance Logistics

Experience implementing NCE-Goal alignment concepts and tools is desirable.
