· Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions

· Nurture and develop athletes’ abilities, physical skills and stamina

· Teach gymnasts the techniques, rules, tactics and strategies of gymnastics

· Monitor and enhance performance by providing mentoring, encouragement, and constructive feedback

· Identify strengths and weaknesses of athletes and plan strategies to harness and improve these

· Ensure all safety guidelines and standards are adhered to during training and practice

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with athletes, parents, and other coaches

Desired Candidate Profile

· Design and implement gymnastics training programs

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in athletic training principles.
• At least 3 years of coaching experience at the competitive level, showcasing a proven track record of athlete development and success.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enabling effective communication with a wider range of athletes and families.
• Strong technical knowledge of gymnastics skills and routines, alongside an understanding of the latest judging criteria and competition formats.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, inspiring athletes while fostering a collaborative and engaging team atmosphere.
