Job description

Position: Account Manager

Contract Duration : 6 months

Location: Riyadh

The Event Account Manager will oversee every aspect of the client experience, from being a part of the initial project team that creates and implements a new account, the day-to-day communication and interaction critical to the monitoring and oversight of a client's services, as well as the accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices in a portfolio of sports centric clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the event lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure all event components align with client expectations.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, catering, staffing, and transportation.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, reports, and post-event summaries. Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal.
