Position: Program Director – Onshore (Oil & Gas/Refining Projects)

Salary : SAR 65000 - SAR 75000 / Month.

Employment Type : Permanent

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director – Onshore to lead complex engineering and procurement initiatives across major capital projects. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing greenfield and brownfield refining projects within multicultural environments.

Key Requirements:

• 15 years - 20+ years of experience in engineering and procurement project management
• Proven track record in handling large-scale capital projects and project portfolios
• Extensive refining experience in both greenfield and brownfield settings
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in the Middle East Region
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of project economics
• Capable of leading diverse teams in challenging and cross-cultural environments
• Proficient in decision-making and driving complex decision processes
• Exceptional management and administrative skills
• Collaborative team player who drives alignment, direction, and commitment across stakeholders
