Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely invoice processing
- Manage AR & AP for Saudi distributors, enhancing collections and settlements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Prepare expense and sales reports, product & country P&Ls, and support month-end closing
- Lead cash flow improvement initiatives by analyzing receivables, payables, and cash flow
- Improve debit notes review while maintaining internal controls
- Perform additional finance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and local regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in multinational companies is preferred
- Open to applicants of all nationalities currently residing in Saudi Arabia or possessing a valid residence permit
