The Procurement Director will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement cycle processes across real estate development projects.

Our client is a leading real estate development company specializing in mixed-use developments.

Description
  1. Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies supporting complex, multi-phase mixed-use developments, balancing residential, commercial, and retail needs.
  2. Vendor Prequalification & Relationship Management: Identify and prequalify contractors, consultants, and suppliers across sectors (e.g., MEP, interior fit-outs, retail infrastructure); foster long-term partnerships for reliable performance and pricing.
  3. Contract Structuring & Negotiation: Structure and negotiate contracts tailored to mixed-use project demands, including phased delivery, shared infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Integrated Budget & Cost Oversight: Coordinate with development, finance, and construction teams to align procurement with budgets; implement cost control measures.
  5. Cross-Component Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery and scheduling of materials/services across residential, office, and retail assets, avoiding delays due to interdependent timelines.
  6. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure procurement complies with zoning laws, building codes, environmental standards, and labor regulations.
  7. Sustainability & ESG Integration: Incorporate sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices, especially for LEED-certified developments.
  8. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary procurement teams and coordinate with architects, planners, leasing, and operations to align procurement with long-term asset value.
Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate project procurement with end-to-end procurement cycle expertise (contract management, vendor management, sourcing).
