Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an HR Generalist - Saudi National to be based in Jeddah.

To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/ Specialist. Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Recruitment and/or L&D experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
