Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate queries and analytical processes using SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking trends, passenger profiles, and expected demand.
• Analyze passenger journeys, website visits, and conversions using Google Analytics.
• Manage and analyze relational databases to assess passenger demand patterns.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, offers, and campaigns, producing reports and insights.
• Create dashboards and reports on travel behavior and demand trends using BI tools.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand analysis, forecasting, or pricing, preferably in the railway, airline, mobility, or transportation sector.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in demand modeling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of revenue management strategies and pricing analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

English (required), Arabic and Spanish (preferred)

Additional Certifications:

Certifications in SQL, Excel, or BI tools will be considered an advantage.
