Job description

HVAC Technician - Shipbuilding/Shiprepair/Naval Industry

Install and secure marine refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring proper functionality, alignment, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves integrating mechanical and electrical components, performing system checks, and maintaining detailed installation records

Strategic and Functional Responsibilities

  • Follow installation drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Select appropriate tools and equipment for installation tasks.
  • Install and secure various marine refrigeration and air conditioning components.
  • Conduct checks and adjustments to ensure proper installation and functionality.
  • Complete necessary documentation in line with organizational procedures.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Report installation issues that cannot be resolved personally.
  • Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for post-installation.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for work quality and accuracy
