We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and expand our broker network for real estate sales. The Head of Broker Network will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to acquire, manage, and optimize relationships with real estate brokers to drive revenue and market share. This individual will play a key leadership role in shaping our broker engagement strategy and ensuring sales targets are met through an active and high-performing broker channel.


In this role, you will:


  • Identify, onboard, and expand a high-quality network of real estate brokers across targeted regions.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets through the broker network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brokers and channel partners.
  • Provide sales training, tools, and regular updates to brokers to improve conversion and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report broker performance metrics; implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth operations.
  • Ensure all broker activities comply with legal and company standards.
  • Do special projects as assigned by the line manager.
