Job description

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Business Development Manager to lead our business initiatives in Riyadh and the Eastern Region, with a focus on Microsoft solutions, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications. This role is critical as we expand into a new market, emphasizing the acquisition of new clients, forming strategic alliances, and driving direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue in Microsoft solutions, AI technologies, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prioritizing high-value contracts and deals.
  3. Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the industry, technology vendors, and potential collaborators to broaden market access.
  4. Work closely with strategic partners, including Microsoft and AI solution providers, to enrich our service offerings.
  5. Create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  6. Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations to assess their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  7. Craft persuasive business proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  8. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies in the Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam regions.
  9. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Senior VP to support business growth and market expansion.
  10. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT Solutions, particularly with Microsoft, AI, Cyber Security, or IT Infrastructure exposure.
  2. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
  3. Expertise in strategic sales and business development with strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  4. Experience in forming strategic partnerships and direct sales for Microsoft, AI, and Cyber Security products is a significant advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
