Job Description
The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients or partners, and driving the company’s growth through strategic initiatives.
This role involves market research, sales outreach, and the development of tailored proposals to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions or services.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement.
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and sales teams to align business development efforts.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and service enhancements.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (accent isn’t a concern, but fluency and strong communication skills are a must).
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Commitment to a full-time remote schedule with fixed working hours (2 days off + Saudi public holidays).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings at our Egypt office (once every few months, as needed).

- Knowledge of the Saudi recruitment and HR services market.
