A leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage key clients and drive sales performance. The role involves developing strategies, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management and relevant educational qualifications.
Manage a group of important consumers (Key Accounts) to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies tailored for these key accounts.
Develop and execute improvement strategies to maximize sales performance and enhance brand representation across the key account portfolio.
Build and maintain a solid, trusting relationship with major key clients and the company.
Resolve key client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of key account needs and anticipate changes and improvements.
Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
Oversee the account team assigned to each client.
Engage in strategic planning to improve client results.
Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines.
Manage internal and external budgets related to client accounts.
Collaborate with design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure high-quality materials and meet client needs.
Work with the sales team to maximize profits through up-selling and cross-selling.
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to team members, stakeholders, and for future training or case studies.
Ensure all client needs and deliverables are met according to proposed timelines.
Analyze client data to enhance customer relationship management.
Expand existing relationships and attract new clients.
Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and relevant local and international standards.
Participate in indicator development, data collection, and performance measurement activities, including analysis and interpretation of data.
Contribute to hospital Safety Management & Risk Management programs by reporting incidents, participating in incident reviews, and root cause analysis.
Perform other duties within your competence as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director.
Qualifications include four to five years of experience in sales, management, or key account management, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is preferred.
