We’re looking for a Senior Program Enrollment Specialist to support our mission by executing targeted enrollment strategies, enhancing learner engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our programs in the Saudi market.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the implementation of enrollment strategies tailored for the Saudi audience
• Support and empower the enrollment team to meet KPIs and student satisfaction goals
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to boost program visibility and student intake
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders and training partners
• Coordinate the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual learning programs

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or educational sales—preferably in the professional training sector
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, resourceful, and goal-driven
