Job description

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee and manage quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with international standards, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain product quality. Your responsibilities include coordinating supplier qualifications, managing certifications, resolving customer complaints, and facilitating audits. Your role is vital in maintaining food safety and continually improving operational efficiency and product quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supplier Qualifications: Develop and implement programs to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
  2. GMP Compliance: Oversee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all operations.
  3. Internal and External Audits: Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits from regulatory bodies such as SFDA, ISO, FSSC, and BRC.
  4. Certifications Management: Maintain certifications including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and BRC.
  5. Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve product-related complaints, collaborating on corrective actions.
  6. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analyses and implement CAPA plans for non-conformities.
  7. Product Review Committee (PRC): Facilitate PRC meetings to ensure product quality compliance.
  8. SOPs Development: Develop and review SOPs for production, storage, and transportation.
  9. Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety standards throughout production and handling.
  10. Flow Chart Development: Create and update process flow charts to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  11. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and product quality.
  12. Training: Design and deliver training on GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
