Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Field Specialist for Saudi Arabia is responsible for executing localized marketing strategies that support Trend Micro's business growth in the region. This role collaborates closely with the Saudi Country Director and regional marketing teams to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns, strategic events, and tailored marketing programs. A key element involves supporting Arabic communications and strategic account initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Plan, execute, and localize integrated marketing campaigns supporting key business priorities in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through field events, webinars, digital programs, and targeted ABM activities.
  3. Collaborate with the Saudi Country Director, sales teams, and global/regional marketing teams to align marketing and business goals.
  4. Support ABM efforts for strategic accounts, including co-branded activities, executive engagement, and tailored content development.
  5. Deliver impactful events such as industry exhibitions, C-level briefings, and workshops that resonate with local market dynamics.
  6. Assist in developing and reviewing Arabic-language marketing materials and press releases for cultural and linguistic accuracy.
  7. Coordinate with local PR agencies for press coverage, thought leadership placements, and brand positioning in Arabic and English.
  8. Track and report campaign and event ROI, pipeline impact, and brand metrics for continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and business culture.
  4. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  5. Experience with integrated campaign management and event execution.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
