Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable IT Support Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients for hardware, software, and networking issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
4. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
5. Maintain logs of repairs and fixes.
6. Manage Security Systems, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
7. Handle telephonic systems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar IT support role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and common IT tools.
4. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
