    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • 37+ years in a sales leadership role
    • Strong CRM and data analysis skills
    • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
    • Strategic thinker with leadership skills
