MEP Operations Director Regional

Red Sea Coast

Eastern Province

Overview:

Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Coast or Eastern Province. This executive role focuses on strategic planning, operational leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of MEP systems in alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of multiple MEP projects works across various sites in either the Red Sea Coast or Eastern Province these are two separate roles within the same business.
• Oversee MEP projects valued at 500m SAR and above.
• Ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all MEP projects.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for MEP operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
• Ensure all MEP installations adhere to local codes, international standards, and company policies, implementing quality control measures and conducting regular audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities concerning MEP matters, building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Location:

This role will report into the CEO, and either be based in Jeddah or Dammam depending on the KSA region covered. Frequent travel to project sites and Riyadh head office expected.
