Job Description

As a Service Execution Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring efficient daily operations and client satisfaction by adhering to established procedures and standards. We seek goal-oriented, detail-focused professionals passionate about service delivery.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Lead and manage the service execution team.
  2. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR and operational services.
  3. Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance (both field and office).
  4. Operate government platforms to execute services.
  5. Maintain accurate data and update systems regularly.
  6. Coordinate with B2B clients to meet service requirements.
  7. Respond to client inquiries and follow up on requests.
  8. Resolve operational issues efficiently.
  9. Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies.
  10. Support continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and online platform navigation.
  • IT or computer-related education or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
