We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to manage and process sales orders efficiently and accurately. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are handled smoothly from entry to delivery, working closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process sales orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable).
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and verify delivery notes and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.
- Support the sales and customer service teams with administrative tasks related to order management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales order processing, or a similar operational role.
- 1-2 years of Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Understanding of international logistics laws, INCO terms, and commercial terms.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English, Arabic speaker is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
