Key Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor operations of assigned sites and suggest & deploy improvements.
2. Identify useful data from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
3. Forecast implications based on current data and trends.
4. Notify relevant parties promptly, problem-solve, and implement recurrence prevention.
5. Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, considering objectives, limits, conformance, and privacy.
6. Train and direct associates to ensure action and conformance to norms and practices.
7. Audit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
8. Conduct SOP-based audits, analyze data, and propose features to improve the Seller experience.

A Day in the Life

As a City Manager, you will monitor multiple sites for operations and compliance, working with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to Amazon standards and metrics. With a customer-obsessed approach and strong ownership, you'll identify patterns and disruptions, dive deep into details, and foresee data implications. Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to sites for launch, setup, support, audits, and monitoring is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, operations dashboards, and tools.
• Experience in operations, FMCG, warehousing, online retail, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Certifications in warehouse management.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and lean methodologies.
• Team management experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
