Job description

Role Purpose

A Technician Level 1 is expected to perform all maintenance and repairs to the required manufactures standards.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Independently perform repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on various equipment.
• Provide assistance and support to team members when needed to help complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve a wide range of faults using manufacturer guidelines and technical documentation.
• Maintain target levels of Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency in accordance with manufacturer-standard times.
• Ensure full compliance with company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Uphold the highest professional standards when interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Offer technical advice and support to both customers and colleagues as required.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and consistently follow safe working practices.
• Keep product knowledge current through continuous learning and participation in relevant training courses.
