Job description

At Six Flags Qiddiya, this role partners with senior leaders to support the business strategy through the people agenda. This includes supervising activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions via recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive recruiting and selection activities alongside the TA Manager.
  2. Assist the TA Manager in creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.
  3. Co-design and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to support a strong candidate experience.
  4. Partner with company leaders to track ongoing hiring needs.
  5. Manage vacancies and budgeting for all open roles.
  6. Support interview processes and help refine the final shortlist of candidates for hiring managers.
  7. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
  8. Identify and collaborate with external providers as needed to meet hiring requirements.
  9. Define and drive team efforts to meet or exceed hiring benchmarks related to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity, and satisfaction levels.
  10. Create and deliver job offers to potential hires.
  11. Build strong partnerships with university career centers.
  12. Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.
  13. Collaborate with Six Flags Corporate to ensure company goals are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Education: BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems; fluent in English and Arabic; comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing strategies.
