We are seeking a highly skilled Autoline aftersales specialist with experience in BMW Autoline Drive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage aftersales operations, ensure seamless integration of Autoline systems, and optimize service efficiency within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee aftersales operations using BMW Autoline Drive .
• Ensure efficient service bookings, invoicing, and workflow management .
• Analyze aftermarket performance data to enhance customer service.
• Train and support dealership staff on Autoline processes and best practices .
• Maintain compliance with BMW standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to improve customer retention.

Qualifications & Experience :

• NQF Level 7 qualification (Business, Automotive, or related field).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in aftersales within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of service operations and customer management .
• Technical proficiency in Autoline Drive software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
