Job description

Tavola is focused on marketing Kitchenware, Small Domestic Appliances, Bakeware, Coffee & Tea products, and is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join the Brand team and manage a portfolio of brands and products with experience in physical and online channels. The Brand Manager will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves active participation in various functions such as Sourcing, Pricing, Inventory Management, Marketing, Training, Retail, and Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare business plans for brands and execute distribution and marketing objectives with respective teams.
  2. Build strong relationships with existing and new suppliers; develop market strategies and keep them informed on progress.
  3. Prepare and manage promotional and marketing plans.
  4. Monitor brand communication and presence across stores, websites, and distribution channels online and offline.
  5. Prepare and manage the forecast and budget for the fiscal year, with monthly updates and stakeholder communication.
  6. Source new brands and products by understanding market needs, identifying high-performing brands not available regionally, and launching them throughout the GCC.
  7. Develop online channels for the brands by collaborating with Online Channels teams to increase online market share.
  8. Ensure brand/product training across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail.
  9. Research and report on local competition.
  10. Manage inventory levels and approve orders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • GCC work experience.
  • Knowledge of online channels in the region.
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management.
  • Arabic speaking preferred.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Social Media.
  • Flexibility to work with different teams across multiple projects and deliver results.
  • A passion for cooking.
