Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.
- To offer all customers the opportunity to experience the product on the skin.
- To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
- To develop excellent in-store relationships with management/peers.
- To ensure planogram implementation as per the guidelines
- To ensure product availability is maintained in the stores by communicating it with the respective store manager
- To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountabilities for all deliverables.
Product Knowledge
- To have wide skincare knowledge in general and to understand all methods, techniques, layering and suitability of the company products.
- To be able to answer all customer's questions honestly and effectively in order to recommend the exact products suited to them.
Store Environment
- To support with floor moves and implementation of promotions whilst ensuring consistent delivery of housekeeping, presentation and personal grooming standards.
- To act in a responsible and positive manner at all times, ensuring that the company codes of practice, health and safety are adhered to and followed.
- To be responsible for ensuring, recording and reporting: the availability of our listed products, the store's adherence to the visual merchandising agreements and brand standards, the availability of testers, sachets and samples.

- Achieve, exceed the store sales target & personal sales target
- Achieve and exceed UPT & VPT targets
- Exceptional customer experience/journey & growth/development of customer database.
- Ensure visual merchandising and executional excellence in store.
- Share competitive brands activations and newness instore
- Effective admin management/personal development/learning & growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in the skincare industry
- Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.
- Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence
- Passion for skincare.
- Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling
- Experience working in an open-sell environment
- Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented
- Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible, friendly spirit
- Ability to travel
- English Required (Arabic, French and/or Mandarin speaking preferred but not required)
