GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Salesman will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling products, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the seafood industry, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a sales role.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Present, promote, and sell shrimp, fish, and related value-added products to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or visits to generate sales opportunities.
  4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled deadlines.
  5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  6. Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  7. Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma; a specialized degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and field.
  • Valid Light Truck Driver's License.
  • Transferable IQAMA.
