Job description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the targeted sectors and industries.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospects in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, market leaders, and partners.
  • nurturing relationships, overcoming objections, and persuading prospects to act.
  • Lead technical sales discussions, addressing customer needs with tailored engineering solutions.
  • Provide detailed product and solution presentations, ensuring a clear understanding of offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate contracts terms, pricing, and close sales deals with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry and market trends, technology advancements, competitor activities, and edge points.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in UPS Sales
  • Strong knowledge of UPS and power systems, battery sizing, and related products.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
