Job description

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for mission-critical enterprise systems.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the infrastructure layer.

Setup, implement, perform performance tuning, and maintain system software such as operating systems, database servers, and application servers.

Ensure high availability and acceptable performance levels of mission-critical host computer resources.

Create and maintain appropriate system documentation.

Work closely with the team to ensure the timely completion of client deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Age not over 30 years.

Experience with Linux is an advantage.

Knowledge of CMM, UML, and RUP is an advantage.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Strong leadership qualities, business sense, and managerial experience.

Ability to work creatively and analytically on both technical and business issues.
