About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Alliance Manager to build, manage, and expand our strategic partnerships across the region. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on deepening relationships with key partners technology providers, consulting firms, and system integrators to drive joint go-to-market activities, solution alignment, and market expansion.
The Alliance Manager will play a critical role in positioning Mozn's AI and data solutions within our partners ecosystems and unlocking new growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify, build, and manage strategic alliances with technology vendors, consulting firms, and integrators aligned with Mozn's AI and data specialties.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, focusing on co-selling, solution integration, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and partnerships aligned with Mozn's strategic goals.
- Set and achieve high commercial targets, ensuring revenue growth through innovative business structures and strategic alliances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, ensuring alignment on opportunities, targets, and solution positioning.
- Drive partner enablement activities, including training and knowledge sharing on Mozn's AI platforms and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to maximize the impact of partner activities.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and overall impact to Mozn's strategic objectives.
- Represent Mozn in partner-related meetings, events, and forums.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in alliance management, partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in AI, technology, or data-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, SaaS models, and technology ecosystem dynamics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive tangible business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with government and enterprise sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
