Job description

For our location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Cable Jointer and Trainer (m / f / d).

Your role

• Install PFISTERER MV, HV, and EHV cable accessories following technical instructions, drawings, and quality standards to ensure high workmanship and successful project outcomes.
• Work in compliance with project requirements and site SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement).
• Plan jointing activities to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions independently at our training hub, maintaining high training standards.
• Manage tools and material inventory records for the training hub.
• Participate in product improvement initiatives by providing proactive suggestions and ideas.
• Communicate respectfully and reliably with clients and customers.
• Report and facilitate the flow of information from construction sites and training hubs to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Your profile

• Electrical or mechanical technician education or equivalent knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in MV and/or HV cable preparation and accessory installation.
• Previous experience in MV and HV jointing works.
• Experience with EHV jointing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the work environment.
• Understanding of electricity and medium/high voltage cable systems.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and travel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
