Job Description
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, including sales performance, pricing trends, and distribution channels, to identify opportunities and threats within the trade channel.
  • Analyze and present market share results through effective communication and action plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive the E-Commerce agenda from marketing calendar planning to execution and assessment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize consumer and shopper insights to inform targeted trade marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in trade marketing to improve strategies continuously.
  • Support the development and implementation of trade marketing tools and resources, such as POS materials, sales collateral, and training materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments, promoting sustainable development within the company's activities.
