Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business in the commercial laundry sector (hotels, hospitals, laundries).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by offering technical support and customized laundry solutions.
  • Promote and sell liquid detergents and hygiene products to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance for washing machine programming and set up optimized washing programs according to linen types and specific customer needs.
  • Advise clients on the correct dosing of chemicals and best practices to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor product performance and provide training to client staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical service reports.
  • Provide post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Represent the company in public events, product launches, demonstrations, and product trials, ensuring professional communication and product knowledge.
