About the Hospital

Eastern Health Cluster includes all health facilities connected to the Ministry of Health in the Eastern Region, comprising 22 General and Specialized Hospitals and 131 Primary Health Care Centres. The cluster has restructured to establish Hospital Networks based on geographical location and demographic factors, providing integrated health services from prevention and primary care to secondary and specialized care, including home and extended care, virtual medicine, and other services at all levels of health care.

Qualifications Required

To qualify for this position as a consultant, you need:

• 3 years of consultant experience in a Western hospital
• Board Certification or postgraduate qualification as a Hospitalist
• 3 years post-specialist qualification experience from countries including UK (CCT), USA (American Board), Canada (Canadian Fellowship), Ireland (CSD/CSCST), Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship), France (DES/DESC), or other European countries according to SCFHS equivalence tables.

• Salary: SR to be advised based on Hijra Calendar
• Contract Duration: One year (renewable)
• Contract Status: Married (if required), self, spouse, and 2 children (up to 18 years)
