Job Summary:
One of our esteemed client is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement and logistics functions across multiple large-scale construction projects. This pivotal role requires strong expertise in vendor management, ERP systems, inventory optimization, and contract negotiations to ensure seamless sourcing, timely material availability, and cost-effective procurement aligned with project delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies aligned with project and corporate goals.
- Lead and supervise procurement, warehouse, logistics, and fleet teams to ensure efficiency and compliance across all operations.
- Finalize and execute contracts, supplier agreements, and ensure adherence to procurement standards and budget constraints.
- Oversee the full supply chain cycle: sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, delivery, and inventory control.
- Complete the ongoing ERP (e-Promis) implementation and optimize the system for full supply chain integration.
- Build, assess, and maintain a network of prequalified suppliers and service providers.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate supplier reliability, cost efficiency, and delivery accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, site, finance, and project teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines and technical requirements.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function to enhance automation and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements related to procurement and logistics.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Civil/Industrial Engineering.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, CIPP, CIPM, CSCP, CPIM
- Experience: 1015 years in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within the construction sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong ERP proficiency (preferably e-Promis)
- Strategic sourcing & vendor development
